The CUB Retreat by the Sea is on Hwy 101 in Carlsbad.
Across the street, the Pacific Ocean encourages beach walks and dazzles with spectacular sunsets. The goal of CUB’s Retreat is for you to feel welcome, safe, visible and valued. You will experience many gifts from the sea: connections with others touched by adoption, a greater sense of personal direction, rejuvenation and peace. CUB Retreat Daily Schedule:
Included in the daily schedule, before and after each session, is time for you to retreat, however you choose. This is your opportunity to connect and interact with guest speakers, CUB board members and other retreat attendees. Or you may use this time to enjoy the many amenities offered by the hotel and surround-ing area. A variety of restaurants are within walking distance. In your room is a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There is a heated outdoor pool and whirlpool as well as a fitness center. Annual CUB Board Meeting

Transportation from Airport
From the San Diego International Airport, Cloud 9 Shuttle is $25 per
person one way, or $70 for a van of up to seven people 800-
974-8885. XPRES Shuttle is $20 per person 800-900-7433. Taxi fare is
approximately $60. A local airport, the Palomar Airport, is only two miles
from the Hilton Garden Inn.
